I invisibly corrupted my extensions somehow

basically, I did corkey, but I kept spamming my wi-fi on and off. kinda forgot what I did. the end result however was that in chrome://extensions lightspeed filter agent didn't have the red popup saying it was corrupted. I wrote exactly what i did down the day I did it but that's on my chromebook and I'm at the beach rn.

UPDATE
instructions: (may not be correct)

1. powerwash
2. sign in quickly and as soon as you get in turn off wifi
3. chrome://settings, sync, manage, customize sync
4. turn everything off
5. chrome://extensions
6. spam wifi on and off
7. when targeted returns, pwr+reload (make sure wifi is off and do this all quickly)
8. add user and then sign in as existing user
9. go to chrome://extensions
10. wait in case the extension returns, with your wifi on and ready to be turned off, and your other hand hovering over power and reload. as soon as it returns turn the wifi off and repeat 7-9

disclaimer: I have tried this for my friends and it corrupted them, but visibly. I unintentionally powerwashed twice before I did this if my memory serves, but corrupting stuff is really unreliable. for example, my friend tried crimson and it invisibly corrupted him first try and has lasted for a month so far.
