For localhost the server doesn't accept the requests

Yosys doesn't accept the requests from localhost:3000 while in development.

--> This issue is due to the lack of documentation on how to setup Yosys server and connect it to CircuitVerse backend, especially in docker containers.

Steps to Reproduce:
Setup the Yosys server and send requests to the Yosys server , it will give error yosys server not setup.
