Feature Request: Create an AGI that can learn from the internet without a dataset

The user wants to create an Artificial General Intelligence (AGI).

This AGI should be able to:

1. Extract data from the internet without a pre-existing dataset.
2. Learn from the data it finds.
3. Answer questions based on its learning.
