Duplicates GUID of button on copy / paste instead of use new one

Describe the bug
It keeps using "old" GUID on copy / paste operation instead of create new one or just use existing GUID of destination place.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open the configurator of FIRST Action button
2. Check the GUID field
3. Add any settings, save and close configurator
4. Open configurator of SECOND Action button
5. Check the GUID field and close configurator
6. Open context menu on the FIRST Action button
7. Press "Copy"
8. Open context menu on the SECOND Action button
9. Press "Paste"
10. Check the GUIDs in both Action buttons

Expected behavior
Creates a new GUID or use the GUID of destination when pasting copied Action.

Edit Guid via "Edit JSON" don't work too.
