Blog and Media Library Search features' migration fail without an index provider #8857
Description
When you enable Blog Search (Orchard.Search.Blogs) or Media Library Search (Orchard.Search.MediaLibrary) for the first time without having an enabled index provider (e.g. Lucene), their migration fails, because they rely on having one to be able to create an index.
Move those operations to a recipe (similarly to the current Search recipe) and when enabling such a feature, notify the user to optionally run the recipe to create the index and update content definitions.
