How to make log in menu item appear ?

I am setting a site with google authentication, but after I open allow user register in regerstion module. The log in menu is disappear. I can't login again. How to disable google authentication and user registeration module by sql ? Or how to solve the problem. My orchard core version is 2.0.2.

I update OrchardCore.Settings.SiteSettings, OrchardCore.Settings, set client id of GoogleAuthenticationSettings into empty string. Solved.
