RSA certificates cleanup

We have a problem on each project, that Orchard is generating RSA certificates on system drive, but does not clean them.

They eventually take a few GB on system drive and we have to prune them manually. It may be from .net data protection.

Path:
C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Crypto\RSA\MachineKeys*

I am wondering if there is anyone with the same issue and has solved it or is it an OC issue?
