Description
The Free Library of Philadelphia has conference rooms at all their branches that community groups can reserve for events at no cost. The only restriction is that events need to be free & open to the public. The other thing is that they require the group holding the event to sign a liability waiver. None of us should sign that personally but it may be something to a sponsor to do... even if a company can't provide physical space we can see if they want to serve as a sponsor just to cover our liability.
Also - wifi is available at all library locations to anyone with a library card - which means you have to live, work, or go to school in the city.
