Refactor: Replace Folder.jsx with Folder.astro

The current index.astro uses a React component (Folder.jsx) for accordion functionality. A more performant, pure Astro component (Folder.astro) exists but is unused. Replace Folder.jsx with Folder.astro to reduce JavaScript bundle size and improve performance. Ensure all interactivity and styling are maintained.
