Thanks for the report. The driver for postgres uses sqlx, which does support ipv6: launchbadge/sqlx#1739

So I think this might be a TLS issue. I wasn't able to reproduce locally against a postgres docker container. Are you connecting to a local database, or a remote database via a tunnel? Or some other setup?

Can you try the following commands and let me know if any of them work:

• rainfrog --url "postgresql://postgres:password@[::1]:5432/postgres?sslmode=require"
• rainfrog --url "postgresql://postgres:password@[::1]:5432/postgres?sslmode=disable"

thanks for the feedback. Yes, IPv6 is supported, my bad that I didn't check myself.
I've also tried ssh tunnel. It also works ✅.

the real issue I encountered is that,

I can't use raingfrog to connect to a google-iap-tunneled ipv6.

note, If the tunnel is on ipv4. rainfrog can connect the to tunnel
though I don't know rust, I'll try to debug that when i have time
