Installed Exe starts a Console

Hi: At First awesome work

But i have the following problem: 
When i install the Application, it dont show the icon of the original exe.
And the Exe with is startet, lunchen e console, with then lunches the Application. 

I dont know what could cause this, because if i run the same *.iss File, i dont get both of thes problems.
