Description:
When /feedback dialog opens, the terminal enters an infinite re-rendering loop - duplicating entire console history until buffer overflows, clears, and
restarts the loop.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Run /feedback with multiline text on Windows
2. Console starts duplicating content infinitely

Possible cause: Insufficient vertical space triggers repeated redraws.
