Add capsule uploading to client

• Drag and drop capsule file onto client
• Upload file button as alternative
• Trash icon next to loaded capsules
  • With prompt dialog instead of Apply button

API already supports

• Upload
• Set (load)
• Unload (storage may not be cleaned up afterward)

Where can things wrong

• What happens when we upload a capsule with a duplicate name
• Should we be able to upgrade capsules without removing old one first?

Ooh, can the "upload file button" use the same material design hover button that the "add stream" currently does, but just put in the Capsule Config window?
