Just a random observation...

This happens fairly often with the InMemory provider but I don't think it would be even noticed if it didn't result in a massive "retry storm".

I think it's caused by the retry interval being set to 1, which is one millisecond.

I'm going to assume the author assumed it was one second, the other providers have it set to 1000 so I guess that's the acceptable time to wait for the error condition to resolve itself.

That's an interesting observation. I haven't had the time to dig deeply into this one. But a 1ms retry interval does seem awfully fast. Let's see if #117 helps at all.

If anyone still experiences this error with a longer retry interval - or with a provider other than InMemory SQL, please update this thread to let us know.
