@kevinh110 Hello, we are currently trying to track down this specific bug and suspect an incompatibility in the cryptography API safari uses. To help confirm this, could you confirm the following:

• Does the vault load in another browser?
• Do you recall if you created your account on the mobile app initially?
• If possible, could you provide a screenshot of the devtools console log for the web vault?
