Incorrect icon shown during patching/installation process

During the patching/installation process, the incorrect icons are shown.

It shows an "x" icon, even though it completes successfully.

reproducing:

1. Install bunny
2. Reinstall bunny, so that it is cached.
3. During the second install process, it will show the incorrect icons.

I did also notice it during the first install process (during the patching step), however it is most noticeable when installing from a cached version.
