Dual SIM Support

 I've managed to set up and test the plugin successfully. However, it automatically defaults to using the first SIM slot on dual SIM cards and does not provide a switch option. It would be useful, especially in the case of devices supporting dual SIM functionality, to have an ability to specify the sim card to use at the options object.
