Florisboard theme outdated with no maintainer

It seems like the previous maintainer of dracula/florisboard, @Venem no longer has an account.

With the recent update of florisboard to v0.5.0 the theme no longer functions.

How can I go about becoming a maintainer for it to apply the v0.5.0 fixes I have made?
