Add blog post links to the Jina model docs

## Description

The Jina model page surfaces two Jina models: `jina-embeddings-v3` and `jina-reranker-v2`. These models will be introduced in a blog post, presumably in early/mid January. Update the page with the blog URL when the post is published.
