Orphaned image files

If you change the image for a record, I assume the old image and URL still exist in firebase after saving. After saving, nothing will be referencing it, and it'll just hang around forever.

I guess those files/URLs should be deleted automatically, although we have to be careful in case future changes allow 2 records to share the same image.
