Enhance column display by appending the data type to each column name, enabling quick identification of column types at a glance.

Also some more notes to keep in mind:

MySQL & MariaDB: Both use similar type systems. Boolean is often stored as TINYINT(1) though there's a BOOL alias.

SQLite: Uses dynamic typing with type affinity. It doesn’t enforce a strict boolean type, so booleans are typically stored as integers 0 (false) and 1 (true).

MongoDB: Uses BSON types. For numeric types, it distinguishes between Int32, Int64, Double, and Decimal128. Dates are stored as BSON Date objects.

Firebase: Types are determined by the Firestore or Realtime Database value (e.g., Boolean, Number, String, Map, Array, Timestamp, GeoPoint, Blob). There’s no explicit schema, but these are the types supported.
