Setting HEL0/EHLO in sending email domain

When sending emails to a server an HELO/EHLO greeting is expected, this setting is missing in the Email domain setting.
What does happen now is that send emails are arriving with no greeting and only a IP-Address is presented.
For security reasons all received email will be tested on the HELO/EHLO field, if this is missing the received connected will be blocked

Please make the next things possible:

The options are:

1. for each account specify the HELO/EHLO credentials with needed name and password to be able to send emails.

OR

2. make it possible to set in the domain settings to enter and HELO/EHLO greeting

Preferable is the per user option as then it is easy to track the origin from send emails and, if needed can block only one user to send emails using the email server.
