  0.4 will be the next big release of flag_shih_tzu, which has seen many patches, but otherwise been very stable in features for many years. Not yet sure what will be going in here, but I am sure there are lots of things that can be improved as we move toward a 1.0 release. We may or may not drop support for some old, EOL'd Ruby and Rails versions here.

  Release 1.0 will drop support for EOL'd Ruby, and the Rails will no longer run as a result of that. Also hoping to get in a major overhaul of the internals, and rewrite some of the sketchier bits.
