It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependencies [tmp](https://github.com/raszi/node-tmp), [@angular-devkit/build-angular](https://github.com/angular/angular-cli), [@angular-eslint/schematics](https://github.com/angular-eslint/angular-eslint/tree/HEAD/packages/schematics) and [@angular/cli](https://github.com/angular/angular-cli). These dependencies need to be updated together. Removes tmp. It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependencies tmp, @angular-devkit/build-angular, @angular-eslint/schematics and @angular/cli. These dependencies need to be updated together.
