I think it's okay to upload it, the worst-case scenario is that I'd have to delete it. License is more of a formality since it's not like it is used commercially. I generally ask authors before uploading, in this case it seems that it's Kenz Tobias

What I do care about is that it would mention the author since heroes must be known! :)
