Pre-launch checklist

Since we are preparing for a private launch of the Hack Club Community PDS, I prepared this pre-launch setup to get everything sorted out throughout the rest of the year. Note that this is not exhaustive and may update as we go through them.

• Provision dedicated Nest shell account for PDS service (cue the dedicated pds@hackclub.app email address) - [pre-launch] Dedicated shell account for PDS service on Nest #2
