Implement email capture at top of funnel:

• Remove dual CTAs (stickers/Slack buttons) - combine into single email capture
• Add floating CTA button that scrolls to email capture section (attention to mobile)
• Add email field on homepage
• Create redirect to pre-filled form after email submission
• Set up automated Slack invite via Airtable integration

Visual Design Improvements and Wording:

• Adjust banner width to 80% view width to improve scrolling
• Clarify distinction between Congressional App Challenge, certification, and hackathon
• Remove gradient overlays
• Standardize color palette
• Make banner stars blue/red alternating instead of solid background
• Lighten font weight for secondary text
• Format statistics section
• Convert to 3 horizontal boxes
