remove defunct confs/hackathons, and collapse to single list?

AFAICT, most of the FooHac hackathons did not run for several year (ZuriHac a notable exception). There are also several default conferences in the list.

I propose to remove the defunct conferences and hackathons from the Community page, and combine them into a single list.

But I want to raise the issue for discussion first.

There is more to do (actual content changes #327 were minimal). I can make a PR in the coming days, and we can discuss the proposed changes via the review.
