How to convert .hic or cool format to .npy file?

But I don't know how to convert my data to .npy format.

Hi Han! Thanks for your question, and apologies for our delayed response. This functionality is something we worked on integrating a while ago, but I don't think it was finalized. I'll look into this and get back to you.

Hello, I used a different tool in the end. It's called 3D Genome Builder (https://github.com/data-fun/3d-genome-builder). Hope this helps!
