Description
Checklist
- I have updated to the latest available Home Assistant version.
- I have cleared the cache of my browser.
- I have tried a different browser to see if it is related to my browser.
- I have tried reproducing the issue in safe mode to rule out problems with unsupported custom resources.
Describe the issue you are experiencing
I can generate a crash usually within 30 seconds after opening the "Home" or "Lights" dashboard. I cannot recreate this on the Security, Climate, or Energy dashboards.
This occurs in Edge but not reproduceable in Chrome.
When in Safe Mode, the Out of Memory errors still occur but it does not trigger a crash.
Describe the behavior you expected
HA should not crash when viewing these dashboards.
Steps to reproduce the issue
- Open the "Home" or "Lights" dashboard.
- Wait (usually less than 30 seconds) for HA to display "lost connection" message as it restarts.
