Bug: In the README.md file of the training_pipeline, in Section 2.2 "Beam", the mentioned "make upload_dataset_to_beam" doesn't work #90
Description
Because in the new beam client, the "upload" command has been removed. It needs to be changed to "beam cp dataset qa_dataset".
