Cannot start RemoteApp program

I create an RDP shortcut using RemoteAppTool for an application running on an RDS server which has been published to an app collection and I get this error:

I was able to get this resolved by manually adding the following to the RDP file.

remoteapplicationmode:i:1
remoteapplicationname:s:NAME OF YOUR APPLICATION
remoteapplicationprogram:s:||ALIAS OF APPLICATION

Unfortunately, RemoteAppTool doesn't appear to have these options. Am I missing something? If they're not present, I'd like to please request they get added. It would resolve this issue and make it better.

Had this popup one and i just deleted it and recreated it.
