Feat: Tool icons #149
Description
In my Claude extension different tools call different third party api and do various actions it be nice to have specific icon image for that tool which shows when that tool is invoked.
Example: a tool call to stockfish server shows stockfish logo than the extension logo.
I think it can be added in tools config with "image": "toolCall.png" format
This is feature to visually tell the user when an extension calls outside world servers and makes it easy to understand what LLM did instead of relying on the name itself.
