[pyinstaller] fails installation.

Description / Steps to reproduce the issue

It doesn't install:

pacman -S mingw-w64-pyinstaller
error: target not found: mingw-w64-pyinstaller

Expected behavior

I think it should install, it is listed as a msys package.

Actual behavior

It did not install.

For MINGW64 command should be:

pacman -S mingw-w64-x86_64-pyinstaller

that means you installed pyinstaller via pip (or other means) into the pacman managed site-packages, which will conflict with pacman packages:

try pip uninstall pyinstaller first
