Add a way to mark non-functional media players

Although very rare, some media players might stop working when they worked before. One such example is Qobuz: ungive/discord-music-presence#244

It would be useful to know when such a player may not work, when detected. This could be used in conjunction with #8 to let someone know that a player is detected to be running, but may not work (for the time being). It could also be useful to exclude certain items in a support list for media players.
