What kind of ownership structure Bitwarden has?

The following page shows Proton Pass as the only product which "dosn't answer to investors" but I thought Bitwarden had this "feature" too. obviously it is an advertisement page which belongs to proton and it might bend the truth to their advantage but I wouldn't expect them to be able to group Bitwarden with Dashlane and 1Password even while bending the truth. This means either i. the proton page is openly false or ii. I was misinformed about Bitwarden and it is possible to group it with 1Password etc.

Given that this is not a bug or feature request, I opened it under the discussion section but let me know if there is a better place and I'll relocate it.
