Question about copyright symbol in geobasis layers name

Most geobasis layers, except for Brandenburg layers (which were added by PR), have copyright symbol in the name, while this is already defined by license.
Noteably, all other layers seem to have no name with copyright symbol (numerous are copyright)

The copyright symbol in the Geobasis layers name seems to be redundant.
