Type of `boundary` element in `project`

The documentation for element boundary in project says:

ID for a COLLADA geometry describing the project boundary.

However its type is collada:sidref_type. xs:IDREF seems better suited here.

I am thinking that boundary should expect a url attribute value, same as for mesh_id #44
