Update grant export for essential accommodation details #4401
Description
The current grant export include a lot of information that is not needed anymore as we have everything integrated in the system.
We should update the export to only contain the minimal necessary information to support accommodation arrangements.
Specifically, include the applicant's name, gender, and an indicator of whether they have approved the accommodation (or travel) request.
