Two pyvos in the same city and month will clash URLs, leading to errors 404 for both

When I accidentally created the Prague November meetup with start: 2019-10-20 19:00:00 and another one with start: 2019-10-16 19:00:00 was already present, they both showed up as links to https://pyvo.cz/praha-pyvo/2019-10/ but the link gave error 404 anyway.

Fail to load the data, error early.

as this was clearly an error, i agree with an early failure. on the other hand i can see two pyvos in a month! :D but let's do that once we are there.
