need help

i made a video showing you the issue im having when loading the game and trying to play the game and try to run run-p2-rtx.bat as admin but it just say there no file with the name or something like that here the video that will help show everything i also made sure i downloaded everything right but i still can't fix it im idk what to do

If you run run-p2-rtx.bat with admin rights, the working path will just be C:\ .. that's why it fails to find portal2.exe.
You should right click portal2.exe -> properties -> compatibility -> check always run with admin rights

OR install the game on another drive or just not within program files

but just letting you know that i try to set portal 2 as admin and it's doesn't seem to work i can't put it on another drive in because of reasons but yeah also i don't think steam allow people to install game without being in program files unless it on another drive
