Support generating claude skills package

I think claude skill will be one of the best applications scenario for querying documents generated by repomix locally and progressively.

This sounds like a great idea. Let me confirm my understanding:

We would generate the following structure under .claude/skills:

.claude/skills/hoge-codebase/
├── SKILL.md           # Skill description + how to read the Repomix output
└── codebase.xml       # Standard Repomix output (XML or Markdown)

For large codebases, this approach should work well by documenting in SKILL.md how to read the output (using grep, etc.) and describing the folder structure.

This would be a very useful feature!
