Upgrading the Operator version causes the Milvus pods to recreate

Hello family!
After upgrading the milvus-operator from v1.2.3 to v1.2.8, I noticed that the existing pods of Milvus components—including mixcoord, datanode, indexnode, proxy, and querynode—were all recreated. I believe this behavior is unexpected.

I compared the new and old querynode replicasets using diff.
