This pull request refactors the SCSS import structure in the
TheAdmintheme to reduce redundancy. It centralizes the import of shared variables and Bootstrap mixins into the mainvariablesSCSS file, and removes repeated or unnecessary imports from individual component and layout files. This cleans up the compiled CSS by removing multiple redundant:rootvariable blocks.
