The first release!

This release provides the following features:

  1. A configurable parameter - hrs, which implies that the k8s jobs that have completed within the last hrs hours will not be purged.
  2. Optionally dump the deleted job's spec to a configurable log file.
  3. Optionally dump the deleted job's events to a configurable log file.

All of these aim to improve the user's debuggability and tracking of the jobs.
