We have migrated away from Calendar versioning to Semantic versioning for the Bitwarden Self-host Helm chart. This brings consistency to our release process for the Helm charts and aligns with Helm best practices.

Upgrading your Helm chart with helm upgrade will continue to pull the latest Chart version, 1.0.9 as of this release.
If you currently specify the version with Helm's --version option, or comparable tools, ensure you use the latest SemVer value from the Bitwarden Helm chart repository.

All previously released Self-host charts using CalVer will be removed from the Bitwarden Helm repository, but are still available to download from our GitHub Releases page.

This versioning change only applies to the Self-host Helm chart itself, not the Bitwarden application version. The underlying Bitwarden Server and Web services still use Calendar versioning, which is reflected in the appVersion field in Chart.yaml.
