I can't think of any reason my simple changes shouldn't work, but I haven't been able to build them yet because of something very like janestreet/base#178 when running
opam install . --deps-only. (I tried OCaml 4.11.0 (no ARM64 build), 4.12.0 and 4.14.2 viaopam switch create, but I don't think any of that changes the version ofbase.)
