Changes Made: Minor linting (mostly phasing out io/ioutils) Fixed clearing Recently Used folder (release_windows.go) Changed select to a for loop (shell_windows.go)

This is mostly getting used to contributing to this project through git, along with fixing a bug thats been kinda annoying.

Minor linting (mostly phasing out io/ioutils)
Fixed clearing Recently Used folder (release_windows.go)

Probably broke something somewhere, but its a start, I hope.
