Major upgrade: previous versions of emojificate will cause server errors

Major thanks to @mahtoid for this one! see #16

The MaxCDN hosted version of the assets has been turned down, which means a new host is required. With the image testing on valid_src(), server errors now occur.

Upgrading to 0.7 removes these issues.
